We will contact you via email within 24 hours. We are happy to chat on the phone too, but we find email is the most visual way to communicate. Photos, diagrams and mock-ups, and quotes will be sent through email. Site visits and are available for events with a budget of $500.
We will send your invoice and you can pay online or through Venmo. Orders must be paid in full before the event. For large events, a payment plan is available and for events more than 6 months in the future we request a deposit of 50%.
Our install fee is only $50 for jobs $300 or less. Within 10 miles of Boerne city-center, we do not charge mileage. Outside of the 10 mile radius, we charge the standard mileage rate (currently, 57.5 cents/mile). Install pricing for events over $300 will be provided in the initial quote. Unless otherwise discussed, you can pop, give away or throw out all of your decor. We use biodegradable balloons which are safe to throw away in any garbage collection bin. Or we can charge a small fee to come back and do that for you!
